Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Slow Bloom Studio (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

  • Our apps are not a medical device and is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. The statistics, heart rate zones, and analysis provided by the App are for informational and recreational purposes only.
  • Always consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
  • If you experience any pain or discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
  • Slow Bloom Studio is not responsible for any health problems or injuries that may result from training programs, tracking, or events you learn about through the Service.

2. Accounts and Data

When you create an account with us (if applicable), you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. Since our App primarily uses local storage, you are responsible for backing up your device. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure or app deletion.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Slow Bloom Studio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Subscription and Payments

If the App offers subscriptions, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Slow Bloom Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
